胺催化剂33LV是一种由33%三乙烯二胺及67%二丙二醇组成的溶液。它既有Dabco Crystal（固体三乙烯二胺）的优点，亦是一种易于处理的低粘度液体。

胺催化剂33LV主要用作聚氨酯泡沫塑料的凝胶催化剂，广泛用于软质、半硬质、硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料、涂料、弹性体，在聚氨酯发泡体系中，异氰酸酯首先和三乙烯二胺反应生成活性络合物，络合物的性质很不稳定，一旦氨基甲酸酯键生成后，它就会游离出来，有利于更进一步催化，三乙烯二胺对凝胶反应和发泡反应都有较强的催化作用，尤其对聚氨酯和羟基的催化作用选择性更强。

Product use

Amine catalysts 33 lv mainly used for polyurethane foam gel catalyst, widely used in the soft, semi-hard, rigid polyurethane foam plastics, coatings, elastomers, in polyurethane foam system, isocyanate and first three ethylene diamine complex reaction activity, the nature of the complex is very unstable, once the carbamate key generation, it will be free to come out, is conducive to further catalytic, triethylene diamine on the gel and foam reaction has a strong catalytic effect, especially for the catalyst selectivity of polyurethane and hydroxyl.
